My Journey in Weddings & Events
After over two years in the wedding industry, I took the exciting step to create Minarli Challis Weddings & Events - an independent wedding and events planning service to offer a more hands on and personalised experience.
While finishing my Business Management degree, I started my first role as a Wedding and Events coordinator, gaining real life experiences alongside my studies. This taught me how to coordinate every detail, think ahead and create events that run effortlessly.
Having recently planned my own wedding, I know first hand how special (and emotional!) the planning journey can be. It's that understanding that inspires me to give each couple the same care, attention and joy I poured into my own day.

I start with a free, no-pressure consultation to chat through all your plans and get to know your vision. From there, we’ll have regular meetings and check-ins to make sure every detail is covered and nothing is overlooked. My approach is professional, but relaxed — I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident, without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
